What does traitor know (Episode 5 big spoilers)

I was just wondering: If you let the traitor live would he reveal anything? I killed him off, but I would like to know if he has something usefull to tell.

    Nothing that makes a difference, he just actively tells you that Ludd plans to ambush Asher.

    I think if you spare him, they might reveal more in the next episode or they get a chance to redeem themselves. :/ Yanno, something that doesn't make that option pointless.
