I apologize for the inconvenience, if you are missing multiple sounds from in-game, I would first recommend try exiting to the main menu, then rewinding to the chapter/checkpoint before you started experiencing the issue and play through again, and you should not experience the same issue.
If the sounds still do not play for you, you may have received an incomplete or corrupted download file of the episode, and I would then recommend try deleting and re-downloading the episode from the Playstation Store.

Yeah I'm having the same issues. Voices are working fine but all the sfx in the background aren't working.
