Game not working on ps3

Last night I downloaded ep 5 from the psn and opened the game and it asked me to activate I ep 5 and this led to a black screen. After several minutes of this I rebooted PS3. Tried to open got and got black screen. I am getting the same thing today. Do you guys do any QA in your games before they are released?
I'm a big fan of your walking dead series but the got one has been plagued with problems (sound and video lags being the main ones) and no this. At this point I just want my money back because I have no faith that things are getting better.

    I agree with you man, everything u said, its very upsetting, actually it pisses me off because the concept and the way they do it started out great with the walking dead and wolf games, but their recent games are proplamatic all the time it seems and now we cant even play, they really seem to care dont they, lol
