Issue installing game

I purchased my Wolf Among Us Game from greenmangaming.com. I got the key code, downloaded the game/installer. But when i try to install i get this prompt:

" This instillation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify this is a valid Windows Installer Package."
I am also certain I chose PC and not Mac when downloading.

    My apologies, please try right-clicking on the installation file, and try running it either As an Administrator, or in a Compatibility Mode, and see if that allows you to begin the installation process.

    neither worked, I am an Administrator and compatibility mode was unhelpful.

    My apologies, please also try right-clicking the installation file, then click 'Run as Administrator' from the list. You should then be able to start the install without receiving the error message above.
