What if u picked Gares uncle as sentinel but you picked every advice Royland gave, like not kissing the ring, getting up from the ground ect. what will he use as an excuse to betray?

He uses the same excuse. Its the same no matter what.
Same if Duncan is the traitor but you do everything to bring peace (stay down, not touch gryff, never hit anyone) he still calls you violent.
Royland just wouldn't name a list of mistakes.
