My game keeps crashing!

I access my save file and profile very easily. However, upon trying to load up my progress,in the play screen, from episode 4, chapter one, it continually crashes. I have reported this problem many times and each one has a video clip attached but I have had no notice from anyone. The system software is updated to the latest version and so is the game. Please help!

My apologies, could you please clarify how many save files you are currently using in-game?

  • I am currently using two save files on save file one and three. Thanks for replying.

I have two save files in save one and three and the crashing is occurring on save file three. Also, after checking the choices, each one has been converted into the opposite choice

Does the crashing occur on Save Slot 1? Or, if you start a new game on Save Slot 2, does the game also crash? If not, your save files in save slot 3 may have become corrupted. This can happen if the game were ever exited/closed during an autosaving or loading sequence, or if the console was shut off while accessing the hard drive. If this is the case, that save file will unfortunately not be able to be used anymore. Again, my apologies for any difficulties this may cause you.

  • The crashing happened in slot 3. This must mean the files are corrupted as I did get it working by rewinding it onto slot one but every choice had been changed. Thank you for helping with this issue.
