WASD Q E keys problem

I have a problem. I played earlier and everything was all right but today I launched the game and WASD, Q and E keys doesn't work. I restarted the game still doesn't work, restarted my computer and it sill doesn't work. But I can use narrow keys to walk but I need Q and E keys. Should I try to reinstall the game? My computer is MacBook Pro Retina Late 2013 OS X 10.10.4. I wanna finish the fifth episode but I can't. Please help :(

    I am not Telltale staff and unable to help with the technical issue so i moved this to the PC/Mac support forum where a Telltale support member will hopefully be able to assist you further.

    I have the same problem and tried all the same things as him with no result.

    If you are currently unable to use WASD or Q and E in-game, can you please clarify if you have any USB devices currently plugged in, or any programs/applications open in the background that may be using the functionality of those keys? If so, please try closing any other open applications, or removing any USB devices that may be blocking the use of those keys in-game, then continue from where you left off, and you should then be able to use them in-game.
