"...continue Episode 1" - Savegame Bug?

Hi there,

I just finished Episode 1 on Xbox One 2 days ago.

Now I'm back in the game and wanted to begin Episode 2 as the game gives a warning about choices being generated randomly for unfinished episodes.

I also got the option to continue Episode 1.

Is this a bug or is this normal that you could continue Episode 1 from the last checkpoint you reached before finishing it? Do I have to continue and finish episode 1 again?

My choices are in the main menu, but I don't want to begin Episode 2 without knowing if the choices are carried over to the next Episode.
