After looking over your Support Tool information, I noticed that you currently have Steam and the game installed to your D:\ drive. I recommend try installing an instance of Steam, and the game to your C:\ drive (The same drive your save file directory is located on), then try starting the game again, and you should be able to play successfully.

  • Will that mean I have to restart the game?

If you would like, you can back up your save file directory to your desktop when you uninstall and reinstall the game to your C:\ drive. Your save file directory is located in your 'The Walking Dead Season Two' folder located here:

    C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Telltale Games\

Please copy and paste that folder on your desktop, then uninstall the game, and reinstall it, as well as an instance of Steam, to your C:\ drive, then place the folder back into the same location above, and start the game and you should be able to start the game from where you left off.

Yes, you would just need to install it again on your C:\ drive. You do not need to uninstall it from your D:\ drive.
