Episode 4 Freezes

Episode 4 consistently freezes. I have a Galazy Note 4 running Android 5.0.1. I can get as far as Tommen's corronation ceremony. When Sarah stops talking & I am in free play, the game always freezes when i tap on any item or person. I have cleared my cache & restarted the device many times.

I appreciate your help.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few potential solutions:

    1) Make sure both your OS version, and the Game of Thrones app versions are updated to the most recent version

    2) Force stop the application and any other applications open and running on your device, and then relaunch it

    3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.

    5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.

    6) Delete Episode 4 from within the Episodes menu in-app, and re-download it from the Episodes menu after it has fully uninstalled (Please note that this will NOT delete your save data)
