Episode 5 Not Working
Hello. I'm pretty angry about this as i've tried everything but here goes. I do not own the season pass. I downloaded Episode 5 a week ago and haven't been able to make it start. When i downloaded it and went to play it, it said that i hadnt bought it. I went to download it again on the ps store but it already said installed. I tried a bunch of times to delete episode 5 only but couldn't. So i deleted everything (even the whole game app) and downloaded everything again, now it says purchased but not downloaded. Then i tried downloading it from the episodes tab and it says INSTALLED again. So the ps store says installed but the episodes tab says it's not and it takes me to the ps store again where it says installed every time. I even think i lost my earlier saved data and my choices trying to fix this problem because i deleted the whole game. It's Unacceptable.

My apologies, if you are experiencing this particular issue, you should be able to delete the game from your PS4 (This should delete all downloaded content so that you can start the process fresh, but it will not harm your save files), then do a search for 'Game of Thrones' from the Playstation Store Website. In the results, click See All at the top, then filter the results so that you only see PS4 by checking the box to the left. Now the results should be Eps 1-5, and the Season Pass. You should then be able to click individual Episodes 1-5 and in the next page, there should be a download button to begin remotely downloading them. Then turn on your PS4, and they should remotely show up in your Downloads list inside your Notifications menu. After they have all finished downloading, you should be able to start the game while connected to the internet (make sure you have downloaded the latest update available before starting it) then Episodes 2-5 should show up as 'Purchased and Installed' in the Episodes menu, and you should be able to continue your saves from where you left off.
