Graphics setting issue !!!!

I have a huge problem and I need someone to help me ... I changed the graphics resolution and maybe i used a higher resolution than what I should use and now whenever i start the game I can't see anything .. only a black screen and the music ... I tried to delete the game and install it again but it didn't help .. what should i do ? how to get the default settings back again????

    You probably set the resolution higher than what your monitor supports.

    Try going through the settings of your Graphics card, you might have set the resolution lower/higher than recommended.

    Do a google search about setting parameters on shorcuts to game applications.
