Graphics problem

Hello there. I have a problem : after i start the game, press play on Episode 1, the actions starts but i can't see anything from what's happening, it shows me the subbtitles, the dialog choices and the sound works normally but the cinematics DON'T !
I'm playing the game on my Vonino ONYX QS tablet where i have Android 4.4.2 KitKat Version, CortexA7 1.3 Ghz Quad Core CPU 1GB DDR3, MALI400MP.
Where should be the problem?
How can i SOLVE it?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Your device should be able to play the game successfully. Below are a few potential solutions to resolve your issue:

    1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    2) Force stop the application and any other applications open and running on your device, and then relaunch it

    3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.

    5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.

    6) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will NOT delete your save data)
