game now not saving

I'm on episode 2 but my games are not saving anymore since the 06 of august. the spinning save icon appears but when i got back to game another time it just loads hte old save games
Could this be down to windows 10 or something.. It's annoying to keep having to play over to see if will save.

The save game folder shows the last updated file from the 6th as well..
