Using free episode coupon on ToMI

Is this possible? How do I go about this? I've been gifted a coupon from a friend that pre-ordered as I'm a huge MI fan, but unfortunately I don't have the funds to buy the episodes yet. Next week though they will be mine, oh yes.

I would love to use this coupon to buy the first episode but I can't find a way to do it. Any ideas, or is the coupon just a bit misleading?

    Monkey Island apparently isn't available as episode only yet. but don't worry, Wallace and Gromit was season only at one point, so I'm assuming they'll change this.
