So where is the Wii version?

Everywhere I look the launch for the Wii episodes say July 7th... But of course, it's still not available... Any word?

Sorry, but no where said the Wii version would be available on the 7th, although a lot of gaming websites seem to have assumed that would be the case. It's up to Nintendo to relase the game on their service, not Telltale.

July 7 was for the PC version, there is no release date for the Wii one yet.

I'm not at all angry, I'm just confused as to why the majority of the gaming sites have been putting up dates for things that are completely inaccurate. I mean if the mainstream media posted things like that they'd never hear the end of it. But for example, both Tales of Monkey Island and Marvel Vs Capcom 2 have been listed with dates, July 7th and July 1st respectively, but both dates are incorrect and both developers have spoken out against said dates... So why don't those media publications at least change the dates to TBA? It's rhetorical... BTW. I'm just confused. If I'd known that I would've preordered it for PC.

I don't know why anyone even was confused about Tales not coming to the Wii on July 7th. For one, the day of the week is wrong. In the US WiiWare only updates on Monday, so the earliest Tales could come out in the US is next Monday the 13th. Though, I'm betting the Monday after that, the 20th.

This is probably a really stupid question, but is the game ever getting a proper, non-download Wii release? Like Sam & Max season 1? I prefer buying a game in the store and holding the case in my hands over downloading anyway.
