Game won't save

So I got the game and was all excited for it and played through episode 1 in one sitting and a few days later i went to start episode 2 but it told me i had unfinished episodes and it would make the choices from the previous episode for me. I was extremely angry when i checked my save files and all 4 files said empty. I played the beginning of the first one multiple times until a save point symbol appeared only to go back to the main menu and still not have anything saved. I've reinstalled the game and everything but still, no success. I have the game on Steam. I loved the first episode and really want to start the second one but I won't play it if i cant make the choices for myself. https://www.sendspace.com/file/zac9fa

I've seen a few threads about this on these forums, but I haven't seen any fixes, and I never experienced this problem myself. Try contacting Telltale's support maybe?

I am not Telltale staff so i am unable to help with this technical issue but i would like to point you towards the Telltale Games Support Center. From there, you can search for the solution to your problem depending on what game you are playing as well as the platform you are playing on.
