As much as this was really low and despicable, I cannot deny that I loved it in the moment.

Looks like it is like a parody or something like that. :P
Fuck off bufkin is a real line.
I can't remember the episode, but it's after Bigby and Snow find out Bufkin took Crane's wine. Snow angrily takes the bottle and walks off, leaving Bigby with Bufkin; the latter looks up at the former with a sheepish smile and asks something like "how are you, mr bigby?"
That's when you can tell him to fuck off. Bufkin does remember you telling him, because when you ask for his help translating a story later on, he'll sarcastically tell you "I can help. Maybe it'll brighten your shitty mood a little."
