I'm gonna get in good with Carvers group, help em and such. First chance I get, I'm gonna shoot every one of those motherfuckers in the back of the head.
That's what you get when you mess with my little sociopath. :v
What exactly did she do if you guys hate her so much? She gave out position of Cabin group to Carver together with the guy who gave her a box of food, which would seem really waaay too nice in the apocalypse they are now.
Er... hasn't it occurred to anyone that Carver may be manipulating her into doing things she doesn't want to do? Remember the Governor convincing Woodbury's people to kill the prison group by saying they were murderers?
Go back and look at Bonnie's face after Walter is shot. Now doesn't that just look like the face of a cold-blooded, murderous bitch?
...Actually, she looks freaking horrified by what Carver did.
Seriously, some people on this site are really vindictive... Sorry for getting off topic, but I remember asking people here a long time ago on why they hated Vernon, and I don't think a single person gave me a rational explanation. "He betrayed us and left us to die!" Um, yes, immediately after our group got Brie killed in a ridiculously violent, over the top manner.
And then there was this gem.
Lee: "We would have done the same."
Kenny: "Not like this! We wouldn't leave good people to rot!"
Actually Kenny, that was exactly what you were planning to do. The plan was to get Vernon to help us get a boat... and then leave his entire group to die in a city that you led a gigantic herd of walkers towards. I really don't blame the guy for stealing from us.
Anyways, I kinda wish people would take it down a notch with the "kill Bonnie! She's an irredeemable, disgusting, inferior lesser being that deserves to die!"
Hate is a strong word at this point. I wouldn't trust her with anything right now, but as it has been mentioned in this thread and others, she may be manipulated and at times doesn't exactly look like she enjoys what she's doing.
Since it's almost a foregone conclusion that Tavia's group is Carver's, do you automatically hate anyone you managed to convince to come along? I think we should wait and see what their motivations are before we start guilting them by association.
It doesn't look good on her part, but I thought Bonnie came across as one of the more genuinely nice members of 400 Days, so I'd wager that there's more to her story than what's let on.
How many of you wanna bet that it turns out that Carver's group are the good guys and the cabin group are the bad guys? After all, the previ… moreew for E3 had Bonnie and Clementine working and smiling together so maybe things aren't as black and white as they seem.
I hated her when I played the episode the first time but after playing it again I realise that she's probably just been took in by the wrong people, in the preview for the next episode her and Clementine look happy together so maybe she goes back to being good. It was a shock to see her with Carvers group I must say, I was expecting someone like Nate to be one of Carvers henchmen.
Kenny's back so I can only hope that while in captivity by Carver, we can find a saltlick ....and well....you know.....make sure Bonnie doesn't come back.
It was a very interesting development. I was glad that a '400 days' character finally appeared, but I feared the worse when she mentioned a … morefamily etc... I am looking forward to seeing how well she and Clem will get on. Hopefully, she will bring out the better side in Bonnie.
In my playthrough we gave her a box of food and trusted her. Then she betrays us. I don't care for reasonings she is fucking gonzo.
You don't betray people like that, especially when Walter was being nice and stuff. Kenny could have shot her dead (and I wish he would have now) when she was at the window, but no I trusted her and it bit me in the ass big time and got fucking Alvin killed.
She is fucked and is going to die if I get the chance. If this was real life, I would feed her to the zombies bit by bit.
Oh and I let Ben did too in the last season, fuck him, he betrayed us as well so he got ultimate punishment.
First the light at the bridge and then a women leaving her kids alone back to look for food
But instead of asking she watches through the windows and that was very obvious i think...
I can't see a scenario where I wouldn't let that piece of Junkie scum die. But TT has away if proving me wrong but as it stands right now, she is bait.
Charming and charismatic are two different things. I wouldn't call Carver charming... but he seems likeable in a weird way, and it's less his personality as it is him deliberately trying to be likeable.
Well, I was half joking in my previous post. I'm sorry if it wasn't obvious enough. But I do agree with you about his personality. He's also shown as the manipulative type towards the end back at the cabin.

I noticed she was less wrinkled and blushed this time around, must've got over her addiction completely. Have a feeling she'll bring this up in the next episode.
And yes, I think Carver's group and Tavia's are the one. I think it could be something similar to Crawford in a sense. It originally started of as a good-hearted community but when new leadership came, it started to become more corrupt. The evidence? Bonnie herself, she was the only character who would ALWAYS go with Tavia. And like I said in another discussion, I have a feeling the antagonists will be the characters who joined with Tavia at the end of 400 Days while the ones who didn't will join Clementine in a battle against Carver in Episode 4. Heck Episode 4's banner pretty much spells out that there's going to be a blood-war. Eddie will likely join in also since he's in the Amid The Ruins banner as will Vince since some people have reported him appearing in the banner. I didn't get that though despite the fact he didn't go with Tavia.
I did still find it strange Bonnie would end up being like this though, she was always the friendliest and most loyal 400 Days character (at least in my saves).
You trusted her? You PLAYED as her in 400 Days. Did you really think she had a kid Clem's age?
I thought it was pretty obvious she would be the first character we saw, primarily since she was the one character who would always go with Tavia. Have a feeling they're the same society.
She is gonzo the first chance I get.

My evaluation of her in Episode 3 is going to depend an awful lot on how she feels about Carver casually shooting Walter. If she isn't expressing doubts and feeling guilty as hell about it, she's a lost cause.
...Did none of you immediately suspect her when she was peeking in the windows? If she was really looking for help, she would of sought someone at the Lodge out. Instead she was looking through windows, as soon as I saw her I could tell she was scouting. When she showed up with Carver's group I wasn't surprised in the least.
Bonnie may not like my Clem because, even though it looked like she was scouting I said to search her for weapons before letting her inside. Giving me a "Bonnie will remember that..." prompt, but isn't that common safety knowledge in a Zombie Apocalypse? If you're unsure of someone's motives, disarm them before trying to find out more.
If I remember rightly, earlier on in the episode they talk about Carver scouting the house the group was staying at. Foreshadowing!
I know right like I seriously dont care and after playing this episode now I know I cant trust no one! thanks tell tale im going to be a total dick for now on.
I had her pegged from the moment I saw her peeking through the glass. I knew she was scouting for Carver. I hate her, yeah, because she led that madman to the lodge and caused a situation that ended up with Walter (and possibly Alvin) dead, with everyone else being marched off to some kind of prison camp. She's not evil, not really, as she was shocked when Carver killed Walter. Even though she screwed up the second chance Leland and Dee gave her by joining up with Carver, I'm willing to give her ONE opportunity to explain her case to me. Just the one, though.

She screwed up her second chance by joining Carver? You make it sound as if she joined him even though she knew he was a crazy scumbag. Assuming Tavia's part of Carver's group, it seems pretty obvious that it's more like she was tricked into joining him, believing that his group was all good and stuff. She probably followed Carver's orders because he told her that the cabin survivors were evil douchebags, just like how Carver tried to convince Clem not to trust them. Bonnie also probably had no idea Carver was a madman until then either, why else would she be surprised that he killed Walter?
I don't really think following a man who, to her, seemed perfectly reasonable and charismatic at the time, is the same as wasting her second chance at life.
And like others have said, hate is a strong word...

I'd shoot me.

Well that's a helluva thing to say.
Well, they are the ones with assault rifles
Times are too early to jump on her hate train, just like Rebecca.
Isn't that the truth.
It's not like we haven't seen her having a nice happy chat with Clem in the preview either.
I don't think Bonnie is a bad gal.
She seems naive and easily influenced.
Still she led to Walter's death and betrayed his kindness. If I get a chance, the bitch is going down.
Now how is it that Carver gets an appreciation thread, and Bonnie has a hate thread.

Glad to know that Im not the only one.
I have this strange feeling that she may be talking about Becca (and the others?). But, I could be totally wrong.
I dont despise her but I was pretty shocked and disappointed that she's with Carver. I kept going "Bonnie, how could you?" Lol
In EP3 teaser Bonnie and Clem seems very happy. I'm be happy, if we can convince her about, she stand the wrong side.
Eh, she was just following orders. No hate here. Do what you do to survive.
True, but you can't deny Carver has a charming personality.:)
In the "I'm such an evil motherfucker" type of way.
She is gonzo the first chance I get.

Im sure he didn't mean that when he said "Go help a stranger"
or something like that.
THAT WAS NOT MEANT TO HAPPEN. THAT IS NOT. WHAT. HE MEANT.
"Fuckin' junkie..."

Carver was never a good guy. We knew what to expect with him.
Bonnie was a good person. Then she led Carver to us.

Agreed, if that one chance to make up for herself is as bad as her self esteem she's getting salt licked.
