I don't buy that Telltale didn't know they were going to get delayed by PSN EU until the last minute - they hadn't announced a release date, and still haven't, so they basically haven't known for a while now. As far as I can work out, Telltale had the release dates for this week confirmed by Sony US, Microsoft and iOS but didn't with PSN EU, so they chose to gamble and waited until the last minute to see if they could get it released. Yeah and even switching platforms creates a different set of problems: You cant transfer your save file to another console so you'll have to replay the entirety of Season 1 and 2, once the Season Pass is up on PS3. Not a bad deal as it's a good game but annoying nonetheless.

It would seem that consumers have become the victims of TTs success. TT have clearly committed to too many projects and are delivering sub-standard service as a result. There are a great many questions that this frustrating escapade have brought to the surface and what's the betting that not a single one of them will get answered. Why can microsoft manage a universal release yet sony can't? This "QA issue" that has apparently cause this - why is it specific to EU PS3s? How is that even possible? Why do we pay the most for the product yet receive the worst service? How chaotic must this dev house be if they only found out "last minute" that it wouldn't release in the EU at the same time? Was there zero communication at all? Why is there now next to no communication with consumers from either Sony or TT? Will this happen for EVERY episode of TWD from now on? Why didn't it happen for E1, or for TWAU?
To give consumers nothing but platitudes ("We appreciate your patience"...? Well, maybe you don't have our patience) is a surefire way to p*ss people off. In any other business in the world, if you pay for a product and do not receive said product in a timely and professional manner, then companies get held accountable. Where is the accountability in this industry? Time and again, glitchy bugged games are sold to consumers at ridiculous prices, and (as in this case) complaints are ignored and we're just supposed to eat it.
I was looking forward to this game a great deal. Now it just feels like a frustrating, hollow experience where the consumer is treated very poorly. Absolute BS.

Okay so PSN EU found something that TTG overlooked that seems on only have effected the Europe region on the play station 3. To be honest this actually pisses me off LESS then the weeks going by with the most vague updates imaginable.
I'm sure TTG has their entire team working out this kink to get the game out. It's a damn shame though that you guys feel left out and I don't blame you one bit for feeling like that. Hopefully the game releases soon for you and we can all get to talking about episode 3 together.

If all regions and all platforms would get the game within two or three days, then how can that be unfair.
PSN Europe takes often longer, because they supply more countries, than PSN US.
