  • Yet another person proving me right. She has known Kenny for the time she was with Kenny, only a few months. She has known OF Kenny's existence for over 2 years, yes, but she knew Kenny for a few months before she was separated from him.

Also, the fact that you don't even realize Episode 2 of season 2 was 5 to 6 days makes you less credible. They stated it. "It's been 5 days, why would Carver still be chasing us?" etc.

Dude, it IS two years. 3 Month gap from S1 EP 1 - 2 About 1 week gap from Ep 2 - 3 Probably 14 hours from Ep 3 ( Ken in Ep.4 says he's

  • I sat with Luke, because i'm not Kenny fan. I don't hate her. I was not surprised, when he is back in the Episode 2. In my last playthrough Lee and he were not so good friends.

  • There've been several hints in the game that Luke may like Clementine a little bit too much then he should. Like him treating her like an adult when fighting off zombies or discussing things, or especially his disappointed face when Clem decided to sit next to Kenny, a man she hadn't seen for ages and wanted to talk a little bit to.

If youre trying to imply that Luke is sexually attracted to her, I dont think theyre hinting anything like that. I think Luke likes her and admires her toughness. He treats her like an adult because she acts like one and wouldnt put up with being babied.

Stranger clearly says she is 9. You sir have sinned in The world of The Walking Dead Game, and your punishment is to be fed to the walkers. :)

Exact same feeling. In my playthrough in S1, Kenny didn't come along to save Clem and always said You were not there for me shit. But I am happy to see him back. I hugged him but I still don't like his personality. So yeah "screw it. Luke is my friend now" lol.

Season 2 Episode 2 Clem can tell Bonnie her age, "I'm eleven."

And Kenny almost got the whole group killed by not killing Duck straight away.

  • Good call... So two years give or take.

By the way, do you watch CinemaSins? It's just the sinning and punishment line...

  • Ur arguing semantics

That is why the term "used to know" exists. d:

  • Kenny just because it was a good time for them to reconnect after so many years.

  • Agreed, when most people say something like "I've known person x for oh at least two years" they aren't saying they've spent two years worth of time with them. They are talking about how long they've known someone. How close your Clem is towards Kenny and his family would depend on how you play season 1 with Lee. Kenny and Katjaa can both look after Clem and be protective of her more so if Lee and Kenny are close with each other.

On the other hand Kenny could seem a bit distant towards her at times, but he still demands that Lee feed both Duck and Clem first before he will consider taking food from Lee hinting that even if Lee and Kenny weren't close he still looked after Clem a bit.

  • Depending how you act that may make sense.

But if your Clem runs up and hugs Kenny in the middle of two groups holding guns on each other though Luke should understand that there maybe something their with Kenny. If I was about to get into a firefight with a group only for a member of my group to run forward and embrace someone on the other side I would assume there is a deep connection there, and wouldn't feel to bad about them wanting to sit talk and eat with that person. That's just me though. He'll I'd consider it a good thing to get more information on what was going on.

Luke doesn't know how well Clementine and Kenny know each other and he's clearly developing a bond with Clementine, probably a brother siste

  • Agreed. I honestly don't understand why Luke would act hurt, since it's obvious that Clem's connection to Kenny is what stopped a fire fight. I'd assume he would want her to find out more about the Ski Lodge crew instead. Course Telltale is probably setting it up for an alpha male battle between Kenny and Luke assuming both survive.

Honestly I don't understand why the cabin group wouldn't want one of their own to get information on the other group. As Carlos says "they trust you Clem".

Kenny just because it was a good time for them to reconnect after so many years.

  • I sat with Luke because something is extremely off with Kenny. I can't quite put my finger on it but the way he interacts with Sarita and her asking questions about Kenny's mental state has me wary of him. Something's not right with Kenny if you ask me, he's changed in a way I'm not comfortable with.

  • Kenny all the way man.

  • Luke. For all Kenny knows Clem might have been with those people for the whole two years and might know them better than Kenny.

Also I think Kenny would be able to take it and Luke would feel worse.

  • He's trying to fix his past by replacing people he lost. Sarita is his replacement for Kat, and he isn't going to let her get killed, in fact he might try to prevent her from doing anything (such as with the box of stuff he snatched off of her) and Clem is becoming his replacement for Duck (remember how he called her Duck by accident?)

  • That position doesn't make any sense to me. If I was Luke I would want her to sit with Kenny and the other group and find out everything she could about them. Which is what Carlos hinted at Clem that she should be doing because the Ski Lodge group trusted her. Luke acting hurt to me showed a lack of foresight for him, instead he seemed to act like it was a personal affront to his own ego.

  • As bad as I feel for Kenny, he's gonna have to let go. He's becoming just like the governor in SE4 of the walking dead show or better yet like Anakin Skywalker in the Star Wars prequels. If he keeps down his current path, he will become a villain, only concerned with bringing back his family doing whatever it takes and hurting whom ever to get his way.

  • I sat with Kenny. Even though I didn't like him in season 1 because of the way he was with my version of Lee I took into account how Clem saw him and that she would have been happy to be reunited with him since Lee never spoke ill off him to her. I wanted to know how he cheated death, so to speak and pulled the Houdini act in the ally way when there was no real way of escape. Funnily enough Kenny, speaking through Telltale's voice couldn't explain it. He just got lucky. Also I felt more connected with Kenny than Luke's group. Although Clem had spent an additional 5 days with them. It happened off screen so as the player I still felt as if I had only known the characters for 2 days as opposed to the 5 episodes I spent with Kenny which lasted from April (in real time) till December. When Clem had the option to say she can't vouch for all of the group I chose to say it since that is how I felt as well. Clem knows Kenny and understands where he is coming from better than his new partner because she went through it with him. Even if Kenny turns out to be a nut job, Clem can still probably trust him not to harm her or sell her out and she will see him as a good guy at heart. It's not like she knew that he didn't want to look for her in Savannah when he fell out with Lee and needed to be persuaded.

  • You say that when you have nick as your profile picture. -_-

Yeah. I said I can't speak for everyone too. But now Nick's dead, so everybody's A-Okay.

I think that was a nod to the comics when Morgan loses it and calls Rick's son Carl his own son's name, Duane when he was reunited with Rick. On another note did anyone recognise the music being played in "a house divided". It sounded very similar to if not the same music played on the show when Rick's group went to Woodbury to rescue Glenn in season 3. Another similarity I found in the episode's wind turbine scene with Kenny's reveal was with The last of us. When Joel and Elie arrive at Jackson when they reach the turbines and are reunited with a familiar face.

  • I chose to sit with Luke purely because I figured Kenny and Clem were solid enough because of their past. I didn't feel like Clem needed to prove anything to Kenny anymore after all they'd been through whereas her new group doesn't know her like that and are still on edge. However, that decision may come back to bite me because it's abundantly clear that something is really OFF about Kenny. I'm expecting that guy to do something really terrible at some point in this game. He's not quite all there and I could tell from the moment he showed up again. I think Kenny is going to end up being dangerous and right now I wouldn't trust that guy with Clem at all.

Which, funny enough, is exactly how I hoped/predicted Kenny would be if he ended up being the mysterious "it's you" guy before this episode was released. I was so afraid they'd make him some heartwarming, perfectly sane guy again because I personally dislike Kenny after he and my Lee butted heads last season even though Lee did everything he could to help Kenny's family. Hell, that guy nearly refused to go save Clementine just because he and Lee didn't see eye to eye. How could I ever trust him again? So I think it's awesome that the game is playing off of that and making his character go in that dangerous direction.

I think if anything it might be the other way around. I think it is possible that she could develop a crush on him. She is coming to that age. Think how many 11 year old girls get gushy over Justin Bieber? I wouldn't be surprised if she tried to kiss him or showed awkwardness around him the way girls do when they crush on older people like teachers or celebrities.

  • Well, I saved Ben... and still got Kenny 100%. Probably because I supported him in the meatlocker. It may seem wrong to help killing Larry, but we never knew if he was going to make it or not, and honestly, I wouldn't dare try to do cpr with someone who might take a bite out of my face.

First time, I tried to save him, but logically... taking the chance that he might kill us all. Risk everyones life to save him... Kenny did have a valid point. First time I played and didn't help kill Larry, I just said that I couldn't do what needed to be done. Sort of apologizing for not doing what I needed to do.

  • Seriously... Met Kenny almost at the start of the apocalypse. Maybe a few days afterwards. Of course I would choose to sit with Kenny. Wanted to catch up, and Lee would've wanted Clementine to stay with Kenny. He's a good man, and will do anything to protect the people he care about. When I confessed to him about being to jail... well, other then coming with some craps, he sure would have my back. Still, that he even asked if it was child abuse or something like that... makes me think he's not very good with his choice of words. So yea... sometimes he deserves a mouthful.
