Spoilers... Did TTG inspire Carver from .... From the comics???
I can see this happening on episode 3. Carver is just like Negan in so many ways. They both are smart and manipulate people to do his will. They are both after someone for something. Read Negans lines from the comic strip below and compare that to what Carver said in the trailer. Carver talks about how he does not want to kill anyone either but wants them working for him. Carver also explains how he wants everyone a family and those who did not except their love will regret it. The proof is in the trailer. We can see Clem holding a bucket like she's a prisoner working. Like Negan did to Rick's group carver will choose who to sacrifice for the death of Johnny and his men. Carver possibly chooses Kenny as we see in the trailer. Instead of having the spiked bat like Negan Carver will have an Axe as shown in the trailer. As Clem we will have to convince Carver not to hurt Kenny. What you said to him or did to him in episode 2 will determine if he's merciless of not.
This could happen to Kenny in episode 3 depending on what you did in episode 2. Carver will ask who is the leader and Kenny will stand up to Carver. Kenny will be questioned by Carver why he killed Johnny and Kenny will try fighting him as shown in the trailer. Kenny will be defenseless and cry out to Clem and Sarita. So Kenny will be in a Glenn type situation...

Now Carver is the result of having Telltale's greatest minds sit in a room for hours and hours writing the great villain that is Carver.

TTG should not copy off of Kirkman. The Governor and Negan are too Cliché. You should also edit your post to make it read like a theory rather then saying these things will to happen in episode 3. Odds are TTG will be creative and do something original.
