That was probably my favourite episode ever

I really thought ep 2 was great. We got development in pretty much every character so that I cared about all of them way more than previously. There were moments of action, stealth, horror, along with a few happy moments with Sarah,Luke and others.

There were several difficult decisions and branching paths and the epsidoe was a decent length with a nice ending. Plus we felt like we had a real purpose this episode.as we were actually moving

The graphics were better than ever, I had literally no stutters on the Xbox for the first time ever, the gameplay was great with the combat and finally shooting requiring some accuracy.

So does anyone agree or does season 2 still not hold up to season 1 so far?

  • I thought this and No Time Left were the 2 best ever by far.
Starved for Help would be number 3

  • Long road ahead...best episode ever!

  • I thought it was a very strong episode. I wouldn't call it my favorite ever, but it is up there.

I do think we got character development for everyone, but I'd say it was the minimum amount for the majority. Nick and Luke had great scenes, but we are still kind of strangers to the rest.

  • i think the last 15 minutes made it one of the best. The part where you have to choose whether to surrender or get help was incredibly tense and the way it was presented ramped up the pressure immensely. I personally think that this was on par with Long Road Ahead, purely because of the tension and story. But No Time Left will always be number 1

  • yh but i think amid the ruins or no going back wil top no time left

  • I've thought a lot about it, and I must admit - "House divided" is now my favourite episode - I liked and was thrilled during it even more than with "Starved for help". Sure, it's mostly last 30 minutes, that get you, but they give you the feeling - while still not obvious - that the characters lifes depenf on your decisions.

  • I love Ep 2 but long rode ahead is still my fav

Yeah.. They really developed characters like Nick well in the short time we've known him, but I don't think we've had many proper chances to talk to the whole group yet. Carlos has had maybe two conversations with Clem?

I think part of it was to establish ambiguity over their whole conflict with Carver, so hopefully they can finally elaborate on that.

  • Tied with Long Road Ahead for me. I thought it was excellent. Sure, I'd like it to have been longer, who wouldn't want more? But we got character advancement, tough decisions, WTF moments, feels, scares, Carver and a great set up for the rest of the season.

  • The last ten minutes was the most tense situation I've ever experienced. It was really amazing and I tip my hat off to Telltale for giving me that experience. To me, A House Divided is the best episode ever made by Telltale. Second best would be No Time Left, for me.

    1. House Divided
    2. No Time Left
    3. Long Road Ahead
    4. Around Every Corner
    5. Starved For Help
    6. A New Day
    7. All That Remains(Probably the weakest episode for me, AHD was definitely an improvement)
  • i hope so, the build up is looking very good
