What do you think are the chances of Lilly making a reappearance?

I think that she may make a reappearance, but not probably in this season, maybe in season 3 (if they make another season), but, if she's gonna make it in season 2, i think it probably would be in the episode 4.
Well, the chances of me seeking some way to kill her after this theoretical reappearance are pretty damn high.

I don't think she'll reappear. Something like 70% of players left her ass on the side of the road, and I don't think there's any coming back from that situation.

Back in S1 E3 I wish I could have shot her in the knee before leaving. Would have made it kind of hard for her to run away from the pursuing walkers..

Very true. Lilly has a better chance appearing now: She was supposed to be a tie in with comic Lilly, which was the original purpose of her open ended fate, but now that Kirkman decided otherwise, they are free to do whatever they want with her character.
to me, if Walter can forgive Nick, then she has a chance for forgiveness from Clementine, especially 2 years after.
Watch that video, I think that maybe she would have gone through the phase she would have been in the video's theory. But instead of being with the governor she found carver's group and joined them.

Bringing back Lilly in the hopes of making her evil and thus killing her off for revenge is just pure wish fulfilment and does nothing for the story, why bother bring her back at all?
Besides I don't want to see Clementine turn into a killer or become an accomplice for some petty murder scheme, it would ruin her character.

No... Lilly can be a crazy bitch, but she's not cruel or evil. From what we've seen, Carver is capable of being a very dark and dangerous man.

Good(ish...) people are fully capable of siding with people like Carver. If Bonnie has sided with Carver, then I would not at all be surprised if Lilly did as well. That being said, I still don't think that Bonnie is fully with Carver.
I think that it's very likely that Lilly would have joined Carver's group, he probably doesn't do crazy evil things like that all that often. Lilly and all the rest probably see him as a very capable leader(if Lilly is with Carver that is).
Also, Lilly can be pretty cruel. And then of course the point of people changing after two years... If people were saying that it was possible Kenny could have joined Carver, then it's very possible that Lilly could have joined Carver.
I dislike her because 1) doug/carley and 2) I had mercy on her after she did that and I put her in the RV, then she took off and left us all stranded.... Thanks, Lilly.
I realize she had her reasons for doing the things she did, I even mostly sided with her against Kenny, but she screwed everybody over after my Lee tried to do right by her. It's pretty difficult to see the positives in a person who repays your mercy by stranding everybody.
If she reappears, she better have immense guilt/anger/remorse over what she did (especially if she stole the RV). Seeing Clem (and Kenny) should force her to think about how she really made a bad situation worse by overreacting. She better have to listen to some of the terrible things they experienced after she stole the RV and they were left behind. I didn't think she was a bad person, but she did some pretty heinous things and didn't show a lot of grief about it (I could tell she was so disturbed she was kinda unable to react to things normally).
If you left her stranded by the road, I realize she might feel totally differently.... but, I don't know, I have less sympathy for her than most because my Lee was as understanding as I could be, I was even borderline friendly towards Larry (didn't side with Kenny in the meat locker), and Lilly still just took off and left us all to die out there in the open.... I have hard feelings toward her still =/

I agree, I hope she's dead. If she is alive however, I want to have the option to kill her for killing Carley. Call me vengeful, but I think she is worth the energy to hate, and my Clem would kill Lilly in an instant for killing one of her good friends, and someone Lee was so fond of. Kenny giving her the salt lick treatment is my number 2 option, and probably the less gruesome one.

I suppose she could have joined the group. Though, to what you said about Bonnie, Bonnie has proven to be easily influenced while Lilly is evidently not.
How has Bonnie proven to be easily influenced, I thought that her main traits from 400 Days that we saw was that she was a generally good persona, and fairly trusting... So unless the thing about her being trusting is what you mean...
She goes with Tavia no matter what, regardless of the risks, even if you try to make it unappealing to her.
She's with Carver.
She's an ex-drug addict, that probably helps in making her more dependent on others and easily influenced.
And yes, she's trusting.
Her being trusting and going with Tavia are one in the same. Being with Carver... We don't know why, and in the previews for Episode 3, it looks like she may not be that bad still.
As for the drug addict thing... I'm not entirely sure that that's related, but it could be I suppose.

I think we should see her again. She was a great character, and unlike Kenny, she never got her redemption for the bad things she did. Bringing her back after all this time would be great. Since Clementine is one of only two people in the entire world who know what she's done (provided she hasn't told anyone else) seeing her come back and try to make her case would be interesting. It could be up to the player to decide if the good things (if any) she has done since her exit in Episode 3 have made up for her actions, and a major choice of whatever Episode that takes place in could be forgiving Lilly, or telling her that she's beyond redemption.
I think the chances are pretty low, if somewhat none, but, it would be interesting if she did come back. Sure, what she did was terrible, but, I hope she gets a chance to redeem herself (somehow). Either that, or she will be worse than what she was before.
Right but in the show we see the Governor hide his true colors from almost everyone at Woodbury. Maybe Carver manipulated Lilly into joining his group and Clem helps her see what a monster Carver is.
