If Kenny wasnt shot, he would have pulled Lee up and saved him. Lee wouldn't have met Vernon in the sewers, and they could keep the boat. Yeah, Omid would be dead, but they would have a boat.
Nope because then the bear trap wouldnt have gotten David and Travis killed. Then we'd have had the horrific Ben/Travis combo in the group. They would have all been dead within the hour
