Is Luke just being nice to Clem, or does he really care?

A lot of people are saying they have a sibling like relationship. But do you think hes just being nice?

    I think Luke uis really level-headed and does care about Clem. My opinion. :D

    Well if he was being nice he won't have been sad if Clem doesn't sit with him
