Everyone using the EU PSN store should be able to download Episode 2 now. Thanks again for your patience!

  • It would be extremely helpful of you to actually provide answers to questions in future, instead of pointless exhortations of "we're trying hard" and "thank you for your patience". I notice that the episode was a mere 349Mb (or something similar) in size. How hard would it have been for you and Sony to figure out how to put it up on time and not a week LATE? Also, it should be noted that if your goal IS in fact to release the content on all platforms simultaneously so as to avoid spoilers for your customers, then you have failed miserably in your goal.

It would be pleasing to know that this needless blunder on your behalf has been a lesson learned and that next time you'll manage to do the unbelievable - release the content at the same time as you do for xbox users, or PC users etc etc. You are a global company, and your NA bias is embarrassing. In a digital age, any barrier to doing such a simple task is a barrier created by yourselves/Sony, and so is completely within your own capability of circumventing it.

Maybe some forward thinking would work wonders.

  • It's obvious from how indirect and fluffy their responses are that they don't read our comments (and tweets in my case) or care what we have to say.
