Just you being yourself and not as Kenny and, SPOILERS, I guess you can be at the bar sitting with a few of characters drinking and having a good time, in Part 2 of Episode One of my comic.

For me, it's not a clone thing as much as it takes me out of the game completely and takes me back to that recording session, which isn't wh… moreere I want to be when I'm playing something... Hard to detach from that.

There is nothing in that video that implies that he regrets his decision.
Even if he does regret his decision, that doesn't change the fact that he almost gave the ultimate sacrifice in trying to save Ben. That is all that matters. He even used his last bullet so that Ben didn't have to feel any pain. Incredibly selfless of him to do, considering he hated the guy. All of this massively out weighs him calling him a "shitbird" last episode.

I will not let myself feel for a feel that cannot yet be felt. What i will do is brace my feel-generator for the next episode, which will probably be released in a few weeks.

This is gonna make me sound like a huge fanboy but He didn't regret it, he just still hates Ben for what he did to his family (whenever he hears that name he thinks of the bad part), at the end (Ben's speech) he felt sorry for Ben, and he felt worst when Ben fell, so he tried to save him. He got cornered by walkers and thought his life was finished, so he ended Ben's life to really put him out of his misery (Ben felt SO useless and wanted to die) and make himself die by walkers for the things he did, apparently a miracle happened and he lived (no one really knows what happened) the only thing he regretted was the things he did before (killing Larry, hating Ben etc.)
I remember that Gif is was on a thread they asked how do you think Kenny survived and I put a youtube video of that scene in the matrix. Then someone made gif out of it with Kenny just brilliant and if this is what happened I'm ok with it lol
I should amend my statement then. They all have some sort of premise that remains in the final version. Episode 1 had the drug store, Episode 2 had the meat locker scene (Though you can't tell what's happening), Episode 3 has the train (Note that Duck is up and moving), Episode 4 had the sewer segment (Though Lee is alone in the final version), and episode 5 shows a dead body which we now know is Lee.
The point I'm making is that making predictions from the episode slides and the trailers at the end of episodes are a bad idea as they will 95% of the time be dead wrong. It's a much better idea to speculate off of the writing and by meta-gaming. Some of the most spot on predictions in season 1 came from dudes who actually just paid close attention to the game. There was a guy who predicted who the Stranger would be immediately after episode 4 came out and that guy was spot on.
