I think they might hint at it some more, but I doubt they'd make it canon. They made Walter and Matthew vague enough that the haters didn't even realize, if they actually did anything with Luke and Nick, it would probably be even vaguer and more subtexty than that due to how important their characters are and how in the spotlight they are. To the point were people would still be able to say "They are just good friends!"
I would be very happy to be proven wrong though. I wasn't expecting a gay couple in the game at all, so who knows what Telltale might end up doing. I can already envision some of the negative comments that might arise from such a development though
Or they could end up "Pulling a Dumbledore" and revealing they were in a relationship long after they are both dead :P

I think I sided against Kenny a lot in my main playthrough. A lot of the things he wants to do are right in that they help the group more, but morally wrong.
I suppose that the irritable thing makes a little sense. Though after a year or so of being alone (which is very possible), people might irritate you more. As for the paranoia, the shit with Vernon must've left a mark. Kenny has never been that trusting, and I don't think that he thinks Clem is good at judging character, due to the Campman incident. On top of the fact that even she didn't seem too sure about Luke.
Sarita has neither a similar body nor a similar voice. Even if she did, maybe that's what Kenny finds attractive. Clementine was usually seen near Duck, or she talked about Duck. And Kenny didn't talk to her much. It isn't a stretch to say that he associated her with his little boy, and considering the fact that she only was with him for five days after his boy died, it's definite to say that the association never left. Granted, he associated her with Lee more, but that means little. Again, after being alone for so long, your humor would be different, too. On top of that, we have seen Kenny like he was here before. At Hershel's farm. He was cracking jokes, and seemed comfortable. Throughout the rest of the five episodes, he never seemed as comfortable. Nowhere. Sarita's mention was the only real indicator that Ken has changed in any fundamental way.

He used to be pretty irritable, so being even slightly more irritable is a big deal, that's a whole lot of irritable. I don't recall him be… moreing very paranoid before, while he is very paranoid now. Being quick to distrust Bonnie(granted he was right to), having a lot of distrust in Clementine's group even when she says she trusts them (though her group also distrusts Kenny, but they clearly don't have as much faith in Clementine's word and haven't known her nearly as long).
Sarita has a similar body to Katjaa and a very similar voice, so some people think maybe Kenny is trying to replace Katjaa. He also mistook Clementine for Duck without even realizing it, probably feeling like he had his family back for a second. His humor's a lot more weird and awkward than it was before. I wouldn't say unfor....well he does try to get Lee killed multiple times if you aren't his butt buddy the whole game. But he has redeeming… more points too. Most of the points at which you choose between siding with him or not, he's actually right in that what he wants to do will almost certainly help the group, but he usually does things that are morally very wrong, but the point is that he does these things to try to help his group.

I prefer loyalty, and Kenny is only nice to you if you side with him at pretty much every turn: that's not quite what loyalty is.
