For me it was seeing Kenny getting beaten up. That was really hard to watch, because I thought he was going to get killed and then having to see him afterwards all beaten up and looking poorly T_T Oh Kenny, I hope you find a really nice fishing boat one day and a really cool eyepatch so you can be an awesome pirate, ahoy matey.
The other one was seeing Carver's face smashed in. I didn't actually feel all 'yaaaay' when I saw it, but kinda grossed out. I know he was a dangerous guy, hurt and killed a bunch of people and he probably would never have stopped hunting them down...but, I feel like Kenny went too far at least with the crowbar and that in a way was what disturbed me. [Yep, you can guess what option I'm going to pick when I get to play that part, I'm gonna leave with Sarita. Don't need poor Clementine seeing that.]
Oh and then there was poor Reggie dying, and then Jane with that dirt on her face...I...I hope it's dirt o_o
At the beginning if you tell Carver "I know" about listening to others conversations he slaps the hell out of her, did it both ways. Also if you choose to help Kenny when he's getting beat you get butted by Troy's rifle. I haven't discovered the third way.

It was that the group just had to accept it, like Carlos was resigned to it and knew it was best for the group to let Kenny get beat and holding back Sarita.
It's possible for Troy to hit Clem twice. When she goes to take the walkie-talkie to Luke, Troy slaps her when he discovers her in the comic book shop. And then he shoves her towards Kenny and Mike, which upsets Kenny.

It's been stated many times, but Kenny's beating and Sarah being slapped. I just felt so powerless. Two slap in the face moments in an episode filled with them.
1. Sarita's scream after you chop her arm off(or was it the hand?).
2.Carver's death. DAMN THAT WAS WAY MORE WORSE THAN THE MEAT LOCKER!!!! O__O
3. And Carlos having to slap Sarah.
Carvers brutal death (i clapped when it happened though and enjoyed it), Carlos being forced to hit Sarah, Chopping off Saritas arm, Reggies death Kenny getting beaten, and seeing how bad Alvin got beaten
Carver's death was crazy. What was left of his face after Kenny was done... Just gross. I had Clem there watching it, just hoping that Kenny would turn around at some point and be like, "Aw, shit. I can't do this in front of a little girl", and just take Carver's gun and shoot him in the face. But that never happened.
At the start of episode 3 after Sarah comes back with Clem troy says "Everything come out alright girls?" that was scary. I thought he was going to try to take advantage of Clem sometime in the story like when Clem went back to the comic book store for Luke and it was only her and Troy.
For me it was Clementine getting hit throughout the episode. She can get smacked down like three times, but luckily all of them can be avoided. The first was at the beginning conversation with Carver, if you answer "I know", "...", or "none of your business" he will smack Clem. The second was when you are looking for Luke in the comic book shop and if you stay there for to long Troy will spot you and smack Clem then drag by her the neck. The last one is if you try and help Kenny when he is getting beaten and this smack will leave a permanent scar. I hate it when Clementine gets hurt.
