release question about episode 3
Does any one know what time exactly the other versions have been released so far? By that i mean, I carry the i OS version so, it's due to be released on the 15th, tomorrow. my question is what time did the steam/PC version that came out on the 13th? What time did it drop for purchase. Was it at midnight or mid-day the next afternoon?
Phew! THAT EPISODE WAS CRAZY! I never felt so tense like that since Starved For Help. This Season is really rocking! :D
And now... we wait for Episode 4. Despite how "uninteresting" the Ep4 preview was I bet it's gonna be even more INSANE!

That isn't true. The story outline is completed before hand, and the voice actors and musicians always finish up one or two episodes ahead of time, but Telltale really does work on the code of the episodes right up until the moment of release.
The entire series is already developed and in hand by Telltale. Making us wait this long is unnecessary and people are really starting to get irritated by TTG decision to wait several months between episodes.
Holy shit, I just finished the episode. That was fucking insane! I don't know people were disappointed with it, I thought it was amazing! It's easily in the Top 3 Episodes of the series. Just so much to comprehend...
I also teared up when Kenny got up from the table with the eye-patch thing, and when Alvin sacrificed himself. I was in utter shock when Carlos died. But Jesus, what an episode.
Telltale has always had multiple projects going on at the same time, even during The Walking Dead Season One. At that time, The Wolf Among Us was in the beginning stages just as Tales From The Borderlands and Game of Thrones are now. The games they have announced won't go into full production until the current seasons are completed, just as Telltale has always done.
Which is crap. They shouldn't take more projects if they cannot even keep up with their current. How stupid can they be? lol.
That is a terrible decision. Thats like trying to hold 3 things that require one hand each, but they only have two hands.
Season Three has not yet been announced, or even alluded to by Telltale. As MulderYuffie stated, Telltale stated that there would be more The Walking Dead before Season Two (which was 400 Days), but they have not yet stated whether there would be more after Season Two.
Now that episode 3 is out, The Walking Dead team's focus is definitely on developing episode 4. As for the preview clips, the basic storyline is in place before an episode is released, and the preview clips reflect that. However, since Telltale really does develop each episode right up to the moment it is released, the preview clips don't always correspond completely with what is in the final episode.
Telltale has a franchise here. it would be very smart to continue the series, but they'll have to maybe quit some projects that's is to much for them too do. I freaking loved this episode but I can see some of the flaws yall say and I get it. first maybe they need to hire back one of those writers from the first season as some of yall pointed out that some are not in this project anymore. and maybe they can hook up with another small-medium companie like telltale so they can work faster and have them do things that makes them take a lot of time. this is too great of a game for them too just let go so fast. they can go possibly 4-5 season with this, but ill have too be consistent in their level of story telling, they cannot let it turn into the tv show, I relly like the show, but that show can be staring good and then they fuck up. maybe TT can bring in some of the breaking bad writers :P( ok no.... or yes??) this series is what put them in the map. well to me cause I didn't even know about them, an they have had good games to some. but for this franchise to work it HAS TO BE ABOUT CLEMENTINE!
Personally I dont mind the wait, this game is so goddamn amazing Id wait years, (This is coming from someone who hates the show and thinks Telltale's walking dead should be its own franchise)

Hopefully not another horrible 2-3 month wait. That was just pathetic. 3 Months between EP1-2 and 2 between EP2-3.
The waiting is just get ridiculous, especially after telltale original stated this season would be 1 month waits only.
I don't know but the fact that achievments leaked out so quickly means that they are already working at episode 4. Cast of voice actors already said that they started recording for episode 4. It was... maybe 2 weeks before episode 3 was released? Anyway episode 4 is probably already in production so I think... June or mid July at the latest. But we already know how it always is with Telltale Games. We can't predict anything for sure. :(
They're gonna release it Sooner than we think , they have to finish both TWD and TWAU to start releasing Tales from The Borderlands , I hope they don't rush the walking dead though ..

Well I think that it will be released in mid June or before, because the achievements where released at time of the episode 3 achievements....
