Rebecca did say that Carlos and Luke know where is the museum and now that Carlos is dead and Luke might be lost again in episode 4.The group won't be able to reach the museum But in the achievement of episode 4 they tell that they reached the museum with Luke aid or without him But Im sure that that episode will long cause the teaser only the first part of episode 4
Mike's still with them, he knows where it is. Rebecca has been there too, so she might be able to remember. And there are signs pointing where it is.
As for Luke, when Kenny was all "Where the fuck is Luke?" in the preview, I was all "God dammit, why are you disappearing again Luke?!" On a serious note, I think he's off getting supplies and he's not back when they get attacked.
