Stuck at 3 bees outside shop

At the scene where there are 3 bees outside of the shop, with the downpipe to the left and the puddle of water in front of the door; my guess is that the bees need to be trapped in the yellow awning at the newsagents? I have placed the frying pan with the timer on the newsstand, I go back to the shop and shake the downpipe, the bees fly across to the newsagent, but then fly back to the shop.

If trapping the bees in the awning is the solution, then I have a problem I think, because the awning is already closed. I closed it after the newsagent lady went upstairs to hubby and I pulled on the awning support to the right and it closed. Previously when I did that the newsagent lady would make me open it again, but she is now upstairs and I see no way to open the awning again.

Or am I barking up the wrong tree, so's to speak, and the solution to trap the bees is something else?

No you're on the right track, you should be able to open the awning the same way you closed it.

Thanks, I took another look... the pole is rather hard to see because it's behind the frying pan, you have to move the mouse carefully around a bit before it "locks on". Even when holding down the TAB key to hilite it's not obvious it's there. Thanks for the tip, the bees are safely trapped now!
