How the hell would he be able to travel all the way from Savannah, dead, or as a WALKER, near Wellington. Plus in the winter the walkers get slower and begin to (perhaps) die off. Also to support this, if you slide the picture a bit more, you can see that the pants the walker was wearing weren't like Lee's and the shoes were completely different. It would be theoretically impossible for it to be Lee. The only thing the picture is trying to show you is that the walkers die off in the snow, and shows there is Wellington in the background. It may dictate whether it belongs to the dead now, or to the living because the walker died outside of Wellington, and not inside.

I have a solid theory as to how they could end up going back to Georgia. If you remember Molly telling Lee about her sister in Season 1, how… more she was a Diabetic, and how "Crawford" took her sister away from her. Then she shows Lee a picture of her sister and it looks JUST like the girl who Carver's group found wandering around with guts on her, the girl with the short brown hair that looks like Molly and JUST like the girl in the photo. Maybe Clementine tells her that she knows her sister, Molly is still alive in Georgia and they go back looking for Molly. And along the way Clementine runs into Walker Lee. So, Lee doesn't Wander that far to Clem, she goes back to him.
Lee will definitely no return. It's just dead. It's wishful thinking, I would like him back, but we should not fool ourselves nothing.
I think it's just as Lee's legacy. For me, in the fifth episode for me finally experience the consequences of their decisions for playing Lee. : D

Well it would be really awesome if Lee would be okay, but we all know that it wont gonna be. But atleast if you paided enough attention you can notice that Clementine has many similar skills like Lee - she like little copy of him. And in all season 2 Clementine has more skills, more power of will then all of those people combine. ( ITS SIMILAR LIKE LEE).
