Achievements for Epispode 3 did not register on xbox 360

I played Season 2 Episode 3 Walking Dead on xbox 360, got all the achievements and the next day they disappeared .... they did not register for my gamertag and Gamerscore. When I try to play the game, (I already cleared the cache and downloaded my profile again ), it says I have the achievements but it is not showing up under the game achievements, it still says 16 out 0f 24 achievements.

I contacted Microsoft and they said to contact the developer of the game. It has never happened with any other Episodes. Can you please help me with this ?

    You have to replay the Episode.

    I did , I deleted it from the storage, re downloaded and installed it but in the game it says I already have all the achievements for Episode 3, not showing up under my games and Gamerscore.

    Here is what I do whenever I can't unlock achievements.

    1) Go to your storage and go to your profile
    2) DELETE PROFILE ONLY (This will only delete your profile, not your saves)
    3) Download/Recover your profile

    This will just delete your profile only, and it usually works for me whenever I'm not able to unlock achievements

    How many Storage Devices you have on your system? if more than One then highlight the one that The Walking Dead and your Profile is saved on and press Y and click "Clear System Cache" after doing this Re Download the Account and Replay the Episode.

    It worked, I deleted my profile and recovered the gamertag back, and I was able to play the episode again and get the achievements. Thanx guys, I really appreciate the help.
