So no, it does not usually take them 6-7 weeks to release the episodes. In fact the only time that has happened since twd season 1 is MAYBE next week, in case twau ep 4 comes then.

Seems you're right. I just checked release dates. Intervals between episodes really are 10-11 weeks. That's almost double the time they planned. Sorry for arguing :)
