The context for the last one you mentioned is weird too though. IT doesn't mean the person WON'T show up again we have to see this in person and obviously this was there when Episode 3 released who knows if this is going to stick or not they could change any of these at any second.

I know. I mean... no one ever spoil the entire game (in this case entire episode). It's just not possible because staff members have to keep this secret. Unless he's working for Telltale and that's how he knows.
Why do you keep saying they were fake? The guy who found them, vivec (aka Boatmaster) is very good with hacking the game files and I doubt he'd just make this up.
The suicide thing was not even leaked, it was just made up by someone trying to contribute to all of the chaos. The other things that got leaked are pretty much the real deal.
Yeah, I don't believe the Suicidal Clem or Killing Luke thing (Those weren't even leaked by him), but whatever else was leaked is pretty believable, and like 99% true.
