I think Lee's wife was at Carver's camp, did y'all notice the woman that was always seen in the background and when she closes the gate you see her shoes then when the gate is lowered it covers her face. I don't think Telltale would emphasize her appearance if she wasn't important.

But we know his name, while this mystery woman makes more appearances than Stan and we know nothing about her. Also the fact that we can't burn Lee's photo adds more to this theory.

The lady with long hair isn't Lee's wife. Her names Trisha and Trisha Everette. Jane is Lee's wife no wonder why both seemed to know how to cover themselves up with walker guts lol.

I'm pretty sure Lee killed his wife. Lee's voice actor, Dave Fennoy confirmed it more than once. And when Lee's talking to the stranger, and the stranger asks "Have you ever hurt anyone you loved?" (Not exact words, something along the lines of that) and you have the option to say "my wife".
What Dave said doesn't necessarily have to be true. He is a voice actor, not the writer. Kumail Nanjiani said Reggie wasn't gonna die, but as you can see he clearly did.
And I think Lee meant that he hurt his wife emotionally, but this is more a matter of interpretation.

Lee never killed his wife. When Hershel asks Lee where's his wife, girlfriend, family, Lee replies I don't know where my wife is. So that's proof Lee's wife is still alive. Lee only killed the senator.
Here is the model, her name is Trish apparently. To be honest it could be Lee's wife because I don't see why they would hide her face but yet focus the camera on her. I know Dave Fennoy said Lee's wife is dead but he could be wrong. Who knows *shrugs*.
When Shaun asks Lee about his family, Lee can choose to tell him his ex-wife is up in Virginia. Or maybe Rosemary there got it wrong? Point is, Lee's able to answer both Shaun and Herschel's question about his family with something about his ex-wife, and one in of those answers to one of those people he mentions her being up in Virginia.
So, if continuing the Walking Dead as Lee's ex-wife, the location would have to be Virginia. Now that would be the thing to do: changing states. They could switch from east coast to west coast in southern California for the next installment without having to account for climate change. It'd be an interesting nugget to have several popular youtube uploaders to submit some backstory for a character and whoever wins gets to have their character star as a reanimated corpse in the city/town they lived in in 2003. Would that NOT be awesome?
I think he did mean emotional pain, rather than physical.
It'd be a very intense plot twist if after meeting her we would start questioning our believes in regards to Lee. I personally put the character on a pedestal, so having to question that would bring the story a whole new dimension. It'd be heartbreaking.

Lee's wife: Shut up, you're just a little girl!
Clementine: Even though I am just a little girl, I was closer to your husband than you ever were.
Clayton: BURN, BITCH!!! 200000000 DEGREE BURN!!!
That would be an interesting development.

It wouldn't be that uncommon. Both of Clementine's parents are black, Rebecca and Alvin etc. This is actually pretty normal.
But yeah, who knows. Lee seemed to like Carley, so we know he's into white girls as well. Dunno.

What if it was revealed in later episodes that Rebecca is Lee's ex-wife?
How fucked-up would that be?!
Think about it.
And it feels like the kinda shit TT would pull, doesn't it?
