About Sarita´s fate
Why people think that chopping her arm is the obvious choice? She will certainly die at the middle of the horde by one of those: Walkers, after screaming so loud from the pain / shock and attracting them. Bleeding out, since there is no medical supplies around and the situation isn´t favorable to patch up either. Infection from Clem´s weapon since it was used before to attack walkers( people that watch the tv show claim that this happens, i personally have no knowledge about it ) or passing out from pain / shock, unless Clem uses her teleportation technique that brought passed out Lee to safety when leaving the Marsh House.
If you kill the walker instead of chopping the arm, she doesn´t scream or bleed, so she could at least go through the horde and say Kenny goodbye or something. So this would be the better choice since she lives longer, and have a more dramatic death, just as the determinants Ben and Alvin had a better death when they died later.

What? Alvin and Ben had a better original death. Ben falls and dies, not getting a rail through him, and Alvin takes one bullet, not a beating and then a bullet
It's pretty obvious that cutting her arm off is the only way to go forward. Do you really expect pirate Kenny to date a woman without a hook arm?!
I was just thinking of Kenny bitching at me either way. But chopping off her arm was in good intention.

Yes if you just think about the bite infection, but she will likely die almost instantly from the factors i mentioned otherwise. I rather take a considerable chance of living a little longer than take a slim to none( something like 0.01% ) to live normally.
The more I think about Sarita's situation, the more I think she's doomed.
It's just as you say, the blade is infected, she's in the middle of the hoard, cutting her arm off is painful and likely to risk more infection. I can't see her getting out of this alive.
I was hoping that she wouldn't turn out to be Katjaa 2.0, but judging that she is inevitably going to die for the sake of Kenny's character development, I doubt that she's going to pull off a miracle just as Kenny did in S1 E5.
I also don't think its going to a difference if you chose to cut off her arm or not. Shes probably going to die, either way. I think the only difference it will make in the game is it will determine how kenny reacts.
That's fine but I would rather take a small chance that someone will live than a big chance at living for just one day.
