I think teaching her how to use the gun in A House Divided will come into play this episode. I don't know how though. Maybe there is a choice where you have to decide between two characters to survive, and Sarah will save the other one with a gun if you showed her. I don't know, just an idea. It's also possible that she will kill herself, she seemed to joke about it in A House Divided, so maybe she doesn't really know how dangerous it is to play with a gun like that.
Apparently if you say nothing to Sarah when she starts to scream, she'll repeatedly ask Carlos to get up.
Poor Sarah. She can be annoying but I think anybody would panic if they've been sheltered for so long and now they've just lost their only family member.
if only carlos stopped treating her like a little girl and taught her how to survive she would have been saver in TWD there are no kids or little girls little boy's in TWD it's all about being ALIVE
Not even Chuck really believes that. "And seeing another little girl go..." That's right, I haven't forgotten, you drunken hobo bastard. (shakes fist)
Considering that Sarah is clearly supposed to function differently from Clem, I think it's more complicated than just Carlos sheltering her. Also, let us not forget that even with all of Clem's survival training, she most certainly would have died out there in the forest after being weakened by Sam's attack were it not for Luke and Pete showing up. Sometimes being a little girl or boy is a huge detriment, and no amount of survival training is going to help that. It certainly doesn't hurt, granted, but it's not what decides these things a lot of the time, which is why I take issue with Chuck's logic, even though I still have respect for the old hobro.
I'm not saying what Carlos did was right for her longterm but Carlos isn't Lee. A lot of people forget that Lee protected Clementine as much as he could before Chuck reasoned with him on the train. It's because Chuck got through to Lee that he taught her how to use a gun and keep her hair short.
No father wants to see their daughter hardened or hurt by this world so he chose to keep her away from it for as long as possible. Carlos loved Sarah and so his decision to not train her was selfish but I think he meant well by it.
i'm not saying that they can survive forever but they will have a chance to fight against the walkers if taught how to survive and survive longer if lee never taught clem to survive and just kept threating her like a little girl she would have been dead in savannah
true lee was not clem's father although they developed a father-daughter relation ship through out the game i kinda understand that if ed saw clem like she is now then i'm pretty sure he would be sad i mean look at clem in season 1 and in season 2 jesus that's what makes me also sad that clem lost her humanity and becomes harder and tougher.........i'm pretty sure lee would be shocked for seeing that sweet little innocent sweat pea clem turn into a though harder zombie killer
Sarah
i USED to hate her not anymore i like her now
