  • Good job. I really like this kind of things. I've never heard of this site. Maybe I'll try my hand at one... Does it have the option of music? When I was playing, I put on some Apocalyptica in the background and it was the bees' knees. Mogwai would be good too, something without lyrics.

  • Not a problem. The main thing will just be going through and making sure to maintain the same tense. When I get a chance I'll scan the rest of it. You have a very cool idea going, so I'll help if I can.

Aww, that's so nice I'm glad I could inspire you, however it doesn't seem like the link is working as it says 'no game specified' when I click on it. I hope you can fix this soon, I'm interested. ^^

  • Music is a bit complicated with it, you just need to have music in the same folder of the game '.quest' file and specify where and when it should play. It's better if you download the software, hope that helps :)

  • In case you guys were wondering, here are a couple of different outcomes depending on your decisions.

    • If you choose to push the walkers in front of you, rather than stop and get surrounded then there will notably be less walkers around you when you and John are running away. This is because when you push the walkers, John only has to use a knife to save you which creates minimal noise. However when you're surrounded you're farther away so John has to use a gun which is why there are more walkers around when you and John are running back to the cabin.

    • If you also choose to be silent, John will presume that you're silent due to you being incredibly scared. So to make you feel safer he mentions he'll be on watch rather than be in his room. As well as this, when you wake up in the morning and look out the window you'll see a few dead walkers. If you chose another speech option, these same walkers will be alive and wandering outside.

Just a few outcomes so far, they're pretty small but there will be bigger impacts as the episode goes further in.

  • Very interesting, I can see you put a lot of effort into it. Be careful I found myself looping back to the conversation, when I clicked both

"Not from me." and "Every time?" But apart from that, well done I'm actually quite impressed you managed to stick true to the game. I wish you all the best with it :D

I love it, you should definitely keep doing this :) do you have an estimated date when the full episode will be finished?

  • Not yet, I will soon ;)

  • So you picked Kozlov too, huh? A Russian might say we have a thing for goats, 'cause that's where the Koz part comes from.

Thanks everyone for the times, I'm hoping to at least make the episode last an hour, though I'm hoping not to reveal too much or too little of the plot. I'll be sure to try to make it last that long, thank you all for playing.

I'm happy to say there is an estimated release date for Episode One.

Episode One will be released: 23.6.2014

Take into consideration it may be later than this date, but I'm only trying my best to finish and polish this as much as I can, as it's something I'm really proud of and glad you can all enjoy. However it may also come sooner than you think and hopefully it will :)

Thanks for all playing the beta, and I hope you all enjoy being in "A New World".
