It looks like they are planning to release TWAU E5 before TWD E4, i am going to take a guess that they are releasing Cry Wolf first because Smoke and Mirrors had a severe delay which caused TWAU to fall behind it's planned release schedule.
They will probably do what they did in May and release one episode early in the month and one towards the end of the month.

If it did come out the fourth of July it would suck, because I play on the Xbox, meaning I'd get it on July 5th, and I'm going on a cruise for a day July 5th.
