Then I looked around for some named weapons and found an AK47. Wikipedia says those are 87cm in length. And that fits. With that the doors in the Cabin would be 1,94m (2m with the frames), the 2nd floor would be at 2,66m.
And finally this would make Clem (with hat) exactly 1,30m tall. That are 4 Feet and 3,1811 Inches

I was a little bit off... I wrote 4' 9'' originally but that just seems too tiny... but then again when comparing the Pre-16month Clementine to the Post-16month Clementine, she only grew a few inches... poor Clem :P
