As an unofficial but educated guess I'd think that Telltale might release Episode 5 of Wolf around July 8/15 and Episode 4 of Walking Dead Season 2 around July 22/29.
I'm not a Telltale staff member, so ultimately my guess is good as yours, but that is my expectation though. Of course, when in doubt, wait it out for Telltale to confirm anything.

One thing I'm curious about is this: What's gonna replace the "TWAU News" and "TWAU Episode Released" times when the final episode of TWAU is released? Would the five be more Tales From The Borderlands news and the six be radio silence?

Well, seeing all the people frothing at the mouth from the possibility that Wolf may get an Episode before Dead Season 2 does, I'd say a lot of Walking Dead fans seem to care - which they shouldn't in my opinion as the Wolf/Dead/Wolf/Dead/etc pattern was purely coincidental.
As OzzyUK mentioned below, Wolf has a four month delay, so being upset that Wolf is catching up and returning to a normal schedule is kind of a moot point in my opinion.

It most likely is, but the point we were making is that they established a schedule. I.E. TWAU,TWD,TWAU,TWD,TWAU,TWD,TWAU,TWAU, TWD, TWD? do you see which part doesn't make sense with the others? Yes, I know, Wolf Among us fans waited 116 days for episode 2. Walking Dead fans waited 77 days. Yes, you guys waited 39 days longer. I know. I get that. I'm a fan of both games. But I don't know why they decided to change the system for the last two episodes. I'm not angry. I guess I just thought they would stick with what works, and give the flagship game priority. But they chose not to. And I understand their choice.
