So, the first screen is obviously Clementine still in the previous zombie horde by camp Carver. No Sarita in either picture, so that can't be good.
In the second one a lot more is going on. Considering how Luke is in this picture, and Kenny's later "Where the hell is Luke?!" Then it would appear that Luke will run away again, unless Kenny's words take place before this picture. The next question is, where is the rest of the group, and who are these unknown bandits? Camp Carver? Eddie and his group? Or just a random group of bandits? Also, if you look at Kenny closely, he still has the bandage on his eye, so this can't have been much longer than the horde attack.

I'm pretty sure Telltale removed at least other 3 or 4 models for that screenshot from the scene. It's seems that the group is sorrounded so the fact that there isn't anybody behind them would be just stupid.
So obviously screen one shows Clementine in the herd, so we begin where "In Harm's Way" ended.
Screen two shows Clementine, Bonnie, Luke, Kenny, and a person holding them at gunpoint (who looks like Tavia a little bit), the rest of the group is missing, and there is snow, so maybe this happens near the episode's end? How did they move north so quickly?

Maybe they're the remainders of Carvers group, out for revenge. It'd be good if that's the outcome because what we got for our decisions from 400 days was pretty undermining.

I think Clem, Luke, Bonnie and Kenny, are being held up, not the other way. It kind of looks like they might be surrounded.
Maybe the 400 survivor get finally a bigger role, though I still doubt it.
I have. It's cold, white and boring. It gets to be pretty depressing after awhile. I live in a place where I have frigid winters with a ton of snow.
