Trevor Phillips(GTA 5)- Forever!!!!!
Frank West(Dead Rising)- He has the power of the Mega Blaster! He's invincible!!!
Bigby Wolf- He'll be fine
Snow- A couple months
Crane- The first 5 minutes
Bloody Marry- Forever!!
Jar Jar Binks- The first one dead
Walter White- The one who knocks would get knocked pretty quickly
Booker DeWitt- After that Muther f****** hard Vox Batlle forever!! Unless he's around water..............
Lara Croft- Forever! The zombies would be so distracted by her perfect looks that she wouldn't need to ever worry. Same with humans.
Commander Shepard- A damn long time! Unless EA is making the game.
Garrus Vakarian- He's a crack shot. He'll be fine.

I reckon Issac Clarke would be able to deal with walkers easily, especially if he got to keep one of his suits + some of the weapons like the Javelin gun or maybe the RC-DS(Remote Control Disc Ripper), and if necessary I bet he could improvise some spectacular weapons with whatever was lying around anyway.
Max payne: Pretty long, that guy is a fucking one man's army. He'd probably die to whiskey and painkillers, no zombies.
Nico bellic: Couple of years if he uses health and ammo cheats.

Geralt of Rivia could probably shrug of walker bites given dat disease immunity. There's also the fact that he essentially spends his day-to-day beheading things that would make walkers look like a bunch of pushovers.

Characters from the Resident Evil series should have no problem dealing with the Zombie Apocalypse, especially if it's filled with just walkers. After all, they not only handled Zombies, but they handled hounds, giant spiders, large snakes, insane mutations and even survived situations where any normal person would have died. They'd all survive pretty long.
The Batman would live forever, taking zombies down stealthly and shit.
Sly Cooper would be like Molly, hopping over buildings and stealing peoples stuff. He'd probably survive if he had Bentley and Murray with him.
Dimitri would unfortunately die.
Ratchet and Clank would have no problem.
Quark would die. Definitely.
Chairman Drek (I think that was his name?) would be killed unless he has that ducking thing from the end of the first Ratchet and Clank.
