Nameless One - He is a kind of zombie himself. And can speak with the dead. He won't just survive, he will thrive in such situation. Maybe he will even stop thinking about dying.

Xardas - Not hard to guess, he is the one who caused all this. He won't die ever.

Characters from the Resident Evil series should have no problem dealing with the Zombie Apocalypse, especially if it's filled with just walk… moreers. After all, they not only handled Zombies, but they handled hounds, giant spiders, large snakes, insane mutations and even survived situations where any normal person would have died. They'd all survive pretty long.
Sly Cooper would be like Molly, hopping over buildings and stealing peoples stuff. He'd probably survive if he had Bentley and Murray with h… moreim.
Dimitri would unfortunately die.
Ratchet and Clank would have no problem.
Quark would die. Definitely.
Chairman Drek (I think that was his name?) would be killed unless he has that ducking thing from the end of the first Ratchet and Clank.
Marty McFly would just go back in time to make sure the zombie apocalypse would never happen.
Mario would jump on the zombies to kill them. Only bad side is if one of the zombies even touches him he's dead.
Donkey Kong would get killed as he's stupid
Nathan Drake would survive, definitely, along with Sully and Elena. (Fuck off Cloe.)

The Courier was literally shot in the head before the game even began. I think they stand a good chance of surviving.

Except, in L4D, you don't have to get headshots to kill zombies. They might have trouble adjusting.
