Saddest moments?
What do you think the saddest moments are. I can only say I've cried three, maybe four times
1) When Carley/Doug got shot
2) Kenny gave his speech in 105 and then tried to sacrifice himself for Ben/Christa
3) Lee's death teared me up, but I didn't cry
4) Kenny being reunited with Clem
Amid The Ruins is going to be heartbreaking and TellTale just might get some tears out of me. This game is like none other. It's just so well written and so amazingly executed.

Duck turning hurt me a lot. You see him so happy and full of life in episode 3 only to see it sucked right outta him moments later but I think that was the point.
The fall of the St. John dairy farm, with the music, the rain, and just the entire hopeless mood. It's especially sad if you saved Carley and choose to kill Andy for that short, but meaningful moment of Carley sadly shaking her head that Lee has chosen to kill. Plus Clementine being frightened of Lee and the entire group watching in horror as Andy dies horribly. Just... damn, everything about this scene hit all the right notes.
Ben's death at Crawford with the same damn music as the previous scene. "Bitter Revenge" is brilliant. The implications of Ben being killed to protect the rest of the group in the one place that made it a habit of killing off those deemed worthless is especially tragic.
"We met up with other survivors and we all tried to make it. But... it didn't work."
Lee's death is obvious, but bares repeating. "I'll miss you."
Pete's death. "It feels... like a rope is being wrapped around my neck. Getting tighter every second..."
Alvin's death. "Take care of my girls."
Lee's death, clem and kenny being reunited, in episode 3 when the group was debating leaving kenny behind and clem stuck up for him (in my game atleast) The walking dead is the first game to ever make me cry, keep it up telltale
Carleys death
Katjaas death
Lees death
Omids death
Christa (unknown)
Sams death
Nicks death ep2
Alvins death ep2 and ep3
I gotter feeling that ep4 is going to be the most emotional ep yet.
Sarita?? If she dies
Rebecca?? If she dies
In order in which they happened.
The ones in bold are the ones I teared up or cried at.
I can relate to your bold text ones but I mostly cried when clementine left kenny going to wellington
I cried at Lee's death, reunion with Kenny (first time I've cried tears of joy actually), Kenny getting shot and then the Wellington scene.
I don't normally cry while playing video games, but damn, Lee's death got me good. Heck, even replaying through the game, I still get teary eyed at that scene.
Gabe's death was fucking sad. Telltale probably did that on purpose. When David dies, there are no fucking tears. Kate dies, whatever. The character that everyone hated all season, I'm fucking crying. But it wasn't the saddest. I think it was. Either Lee's death, or Kenny's season 2 death.
Kind of an old thread, but hey. It's never too late... These are my saddest moments:
-When I had to fight Kenny to make him stop the train in 103.
-When Kenny "died" trying to save Ben in 105.
-When Lee said his final words to Clem before she stopped him from turning (wow, this one was bloody hard for me, reminded me of my father, who passed away a few months before I finished the game)
-When we were reunited with Kenny in 202.
-When Kenny got his ass beat by Carver.
-When Luke got pulled down under the water by a walker. (one of my top5 favorite characters)
-When Kenny gave his speech about Clem and AJ staying at Wellington for their own safety. (of course, I didn't stay at Wellington lmao)
-When Clem talked about AJ, thinking he was dead in 303.
-When I had to fight David, even though I was on his side troughout the entire game. (I really liked his character for some reason, as you can see by my avatar)
-When Gabe died. (I hated this little piece of shit during the entire game, and right when I'm supposed to be happy about him dying, I realized that he's just a kid. When I saw Clem crying I started tearing up as well. You're still a cunt, but I forgive you, Gabe.)
-When Clem left Richmond. (I have a strong feeling that things aren't gonna go so smoothly for her on the road. Shit's gonna hit the fan.)
You probably realized how I think all those scenes with Kenny are sad, but I never listed his death from the 301 flashback. That's because I wasn't sad when it happened, I WAS FUCKING FURIOUS, but that's a completely different topic and it's already a dead meme, so I won't get into any details.
The only moments that made me cry were Lee's death and the Wellington ending I got on my first S2 playthrough (when Kenny gives you his hat). Other moments that left me extremely emotional would be Ben's death (both of them), Kenny's sacrifice in S1 (also, both of them but I prefer the Christa one) and Clem's reunion with Kenny.
So many, where do I start? Being at the pharmacy realizing it's Lee's family's but there is blood everywhere. As well as finding his brother outside. The pain from Lilly when Larry dies in the meat locker. Carley/Doug murdered, Katjaa's suicide, Ducks death, Kenny being in denial in s1 03. The attic starved young boy walker at the mansion in Savannah. Ben in both deaths, especially when Kenny spared him from being a walker. Lee's death (saddest in video game history). Omid's death. Clementine having to kill/leave Sam the dog. Sarah in the trailer. Luke's death. Clem and Lee flashback in the trailer. The entire Kenny Jane fight and thinking AJ is dead. Kenny dying. The ferry in Michone, and Sams dad dying. Clementines face when finding Jane as a walker. I cried during most of these lol.
Moments that squeezed my heart so tightly I choked or teared up:
The announcement of a New frontier.
