Hey everyone, I haven't done a contest in a while. Anyways, since the Forum User Elimination Game was closed early and I didn't get to finish it, I just got lazy and didn't do much for a bit. I didn't even know what my next contest was going to be. But then I remembered this. This was suggested to me by DomeWing333 on the Forum Contest Suggestion Thread. I'm still taking suggestions! Anyway, this is Forum Contest #12, but I'm just not having that as the title of the thread. I am aware that there is an art thread where people can share their art, but I was suggested to do a contest for it, and I liked the idea. I may do more of these with different themes, but let's just stick with the Walking Dead for now. I may make another art contest like this for the Wolf Among Us as well.
Basically what this is, as the title implies, an art contest. You guys can create any type of art that is related to the Walking Dead. It can be a drawing, a sketch, a painting, a sculpture, a drawing on the computer, it can be anything. To submit an entry, just PM me a picture of it. It can be from your phone, a screenshot, whatever as long as it shows the entry. I will message you back to assure you that I have received your entry. It may not be right away, but you should receive the message eventually. Do not post your entry on this thread! What I'm going to do is take all of the entries I receive before the deadline and post them on this thread giving credit to the artist. I will then create a strawpoll and leave it up for about a day, and then I'll check whoever has the most votes!
- The deadline is July 24th at 11:59 P.M. US Eastern Time.
- You may submit as many as 3 entries.
- It MUST be TWD related.
- You may not submit previous artwork. It must be something that has been created after the time this contest has been posted. With this rule in play, do NOT tell people what your artwork is until AFTER the winners are announced.
- Please vote for your favorite entry, don't just vote for your friends! I want to make this fair!

Rule recommendation 1: New art only. No submitting entries you already made before. This gives everyone an approximately equal amount of time to make their art.
Rule recommendation 2: The straw poll should be anonymous to make sure there is no member bias. Entries should be judged by their own merit, not the merit of the the artist. Then afterwards, post all of the fan art and give the artists credit.
Now i need to go search this on youtube
They can bring it on WTW,Lee,ATR, Juicebox,DLB and Azlyn etc few others are awesome to this is going to be epic will be tough but great to see all these masterpieces here clash of the titans ;D
I actually had both of those ideas in mind. I was thinking about the new art thing, but I decided to let it slide. But you made a point when you said that it gives everyone an equal amount of time to make their art, I think I'll add that rule.
As for number 2, I've actually never made a straw poll before, so I don't know how it works exactly. EDIT: I actually tried to make one, and it's quite simple. What I'm going to do is post the art on here and give them numbers, and then just put the numbers on the straw poll so that people don't make their votes biased for the artist.
