  • No Going Back.... August 26. that's my official prediction. August 26. I'm gonna save that to my calender, in fact.

  • im sorry but jane takes the med bag because arvo leaves it, we also never see the bag in the rest of the episode.

Taking the oxy or not dint matter for rebecca either.

i still might be wrong but its a recent example if you look back at other episodes and the options you get compared to the outcome of picking said option.

About stealing or not stealing the pills, I don't think we can say that it didn't matter. I believe that it has a chance to matter in episod

  • Episode 5, Why do I get the feeling it's going to hurt.

  • Yeah but there was just a month from episode 4 and 5 of season 1 of the walking dead

    dojo32161 posted: »

That's in 3 weeks, it took more than that for the final episode of TWAU to come out, plus it automatically takes 2 weeks due to classification, so I wouldn't count on it. Before September 21st sure.

  • It's always two months. Highly doubt it will be a month

  • I feel bad that episode 5 is getting a different writer than episode 4 did. So I guess that guy is going to have to pick up from that clusterf--k of a cliffhanger. o-o

  • dojo32161dojo32161 Moderator

Well the guy wrote episode 1 and 2, so he can probably do it. (By the way his name is Nick Breckon).

  • Yeah, I think it could work out. It makes me feel a little better too. Episode 4 was not bad but Episode 3 makes me kind of nervous and I would not want to replay that again.

  • If Telltale follows it's usual 6 week gap between episode 4 and 5 like they did with TWD Season 1 and TWAU it should be out on Sept 2.

  • I wish Nick to write whole season by himself.

  • I'm so glad Nick Breckon is writing episode 5. Episodes 3 and 4 were good, but fell waaaay short of my expectations in the character development department. 1 and 2 were amaze-balls.
What the hell was up with Nick's death?! And Sarah's potential was wasted (in my humble opinion). I both like and hate episode 4. It wasn't bad, by any means, mind you. It was just... Disappointing?

Episode 5 better be like 5 hours long. Seriously. It neeeeeeeeds to be long.

And I need Eddie to turn up somewhere. He had the best dialogue!

It'll probably be the shortest this season, as most of Telltale's recent finales are.

  • Not really; I've finished Cry Wolf in 80 minutes... that's more than In Sheep's Clothing or In Harm's Way...

Really? Took me 78 minutes for In Sheep's Clothing and around 90 minutes for In Harm's Way.

Though Cry Wolf can be longer or shorter based on choices. Wouldn't have been a stretch if Cry Wolf was longer though.

I actually thing it will be the longest. I agree that Nick Breckon did a great job in episode 2, not so sure about episode 1, but it was an introduction, so it was hard to put some character development there. I hope he connects dots from previous episodes in it, I'd be glad if both Jane and Christa returned.

Telltale needs to redeem themselves, I liked the episode 4, I didn't have problem with Nick's and Sarah's deaths though I agree they could have been better. I have problem that it seems like it's kinda out of line, like a new story.

I have high hopes for episode 5 and a lot of people do, Telltale is under pressure and I believe they'll handle it well, if not, well then at least we can be sure there'll be season 3, cos why abandon series with a failed season ending? :)

Really? I thought this episode was awesome. Yeah, I realize that we lost Sarita, Nick, Sarah, and Rebecca, but the episode was well crafted. It had a lot of emotion, action, tough decisions, a well written story, and we got more gameplay than In Harm's Way. I wanted Eddie to appear, but at the same time, I had a feeling that he wasn't gonna be in the episode. A few things I didn't like was how Sarita and Nick had very brief appearances, how no matter what we did regarding to Sarah's fate, she still died, and how her death scene played out was fucking traumatizing to me. I felt like I was actually crying when I witnessed Sarah getting devoured. Hell, I saved her from the trailer park, yet she still died later on! Her death scene affected me so bad, I can still hear her screams on repeat over and over again in my mind. It was that horrible. All and all, I'd say Amid The Ruins was a great quality episode.

  • Alexandria isn't anywhere near Wellington, and Rick is currently in the Prison while Clem is in season 2. Kirkman doesn't want to intrude on TT's work, and for good reason. I like them seperate, but in the same universe.

As I said in another topic the time jumps seem to correlate with the comics, so I feel next would be around the time of the Alexandria safe-zone. I could be wrong tho.

They may have started to test Episode 5 now and maybe in a week or more we will see it in SteamDB in Encrypted form.

  • 205 should be in production for quite some time now...

204 was ready even before Cry Wolf's release...

  • I never said it'll take place at Alexandria, I am saying it'll take place around the same time as the events of the Alexandra safe-zone.

  • Yeah i think so aswell.
Also the "backpack" build got updated like 4 times now. This gotta mean something,I've noticed it a while ago that this build always get updates when a new episode is almost here.I suspect that in a few days we will see the 205 in the game depots (In Encrypted form as i mentioned above). If i do see 205 appearing in the depots or anything else worth mentioning i will let you guys know ;)

Here's a suggestion maybe play the game "gods will be watching" in the meantime. Its a point and click and seems interesting

  • I hope we see Christa in episode 5.

  • I think that nick breckon mentioned that he already had ep 5 written he was just waiting for 3&4 to be done and he would adjust it a bit. idk really remember what he said it was in the playing dead episode with him
